Drum Roll

Drum Roll,

August 5th 2008

Michael Lee Fuller

Two sayings always stuck out in my mind as I was growing up, “Tomorrow never comes” and “When you’re my age you don’t keep track of birthdays.” As a little kid expecting a gift I always thought it was a funny joke, “how could you not know how old you are”. Today as I write this introduction I honestly don’t know how old I am; I think I’m 36 but there’s a slim chance that I’m 35. I will have to ask my wife, but I have a bad feeling I am 36 and my birthday is only a few months away which will put me at 37 and that’s depressing. So for now I just don’t keep track of birthdays.

For the last  three, six, nine months, im not sure exactly; I’ve been meaning to write this introduction tomorrow. For the last 20 years I”ve been going on a diet tomorrow; yet for some reason the other day I realized tomorrow never comes. Now I’ve heard the songs and joked about the thought that tomorrow would never come, yet for some reason it took me 35 or 36 years to realize it. Imagine being on a diet for over 20 years waiting for tomorrow to come and it never comes, that sucks! Jokes aside I’m not a professional writer. I hate to disappoint you, however I am a professional person who has experienced a nice dose of what life can throw at you. In this blog I’m going to share some of my life experiences with you. I consider myself one of  the luckiest people on earth, yet when I share my story with some people they feel differently; I guess it is all in how you look at it. I have learned to take the positive out of the negative and I understand not all people can do that; that’s why I have chosen to share my stories and life adventures. My goal, (and I know you’ve heard this a billion times) is to touch 1 person’s life. Over the next year or ten years who knows, I’m going to share my childhood, teenage years and adulthood with you. I will share life experiences as well as my views on life and happiness. If you are looking for perfect grammar or punctuation you have come to the wrong place English was never my strong suit, but I’m a hell of a person with a hell of a story that I will start writing tomorrow. Don’t hold your breath.
