I would also like to recommend for anyone dealing with Alzheimer’s, family member or friend, a book called “Twilight Travels with Mother; How I Found Strength, Hope, and a Sense of Humor Living With Alzheimer’s”. This book not only tells humorous, heartrending and frustrating stories but explains extremely well just exactly what this horrible disease is, what to look for and how to delay onset through nutrition. It has helped me tremendously in understanding my mother.
